Policies

Payment Policy

• All payments are due when orders are placed for custom cakes
• All orders must be placed at least 14 days in advance.

 All rush orders require an additional $50 fee. 

• Orders are confirmed when 50% deposit is processed. All final payments are due two weeks prior to event/drop-off date. Cakes will not be worked on until the final payment is received.
• Delivery is added to your final quote at a rate of $0.67/mile round trip up to 35 miles. Any distances further than 35 miles are subject to $1/mile after the 35 mile limit has been met.
• Payments are non-refundable after received. 

Allergens

• All information regarding possible allergic reactions must be disclosed during consultation.

 Florals

• If you have a request for florals added to your cake, they must be provided within 24 hours of your event if they are being provided by a vendor of your choice.
• Flower safety and food safety protocol is the responsibility of the florist and not Taste and See.
